建筑与环境工程学院组建电控旧选协年于2004年12月。前身为建筑工程系，成立于1997年。学院实行专业直接管理制，现设有建筑工程管理苏宪秋化频、工程造价、物业管理、建筑电气工程技术、建筑设计技术、环境监测与治理技术、给排水工程技术7个专业，并成立有建筑设福计研究所。

　　School of Construction and Environmental Engineering

　　SCEE was reconstructed in December 2004 which used to be Co来自nstruction Depar360百科tment founded in 1997. There are seven majors directly supervised by the school, they are: Construction Management, Construction Cost, P王roperty Management, Building Electricity Engineering, Building Design Technology, Environmental Monitoring and Treatment, Water Supply and Drainage Technology. 师资力量

　　S检刻CEE is composed of 50 teachers who 卷种还般are competent, creative, cooperative and hard-work井肉叶第剧婷黑先缺ing. Amon父g them, there are 3 professors and 22 associate professors. 5 of them got PhD degree and 29 are masters. Over 80 percen段破t teachers had industrial experie动领剧收老nce. They are experienced both in teac思染适四照效hing and industrial working with abundant scientific research abilities.

　　学院拥有一支专业素质高、敢于创新、勤奋敬业、团结协作的教师队伍，力量章马希血族频雄厚，学历年龄结构合理。全院现有教职工50人，其中教授3人，副教授22人，具有博士学位教师5人、硕士学位教师29人，80%以上的教师为"双师型"教乡女几克师，在建筑工程管理、工程造价、建筑设计、建筑电气、房地产经营、物业管理等领域有着扎实理论基础和较强倍修扬具期的实际操作能力，教学和实践经验丰富，并具有较为雄厚的科研能力。

科研成果

　　We emphasize both on teaching and scientific researching. During recent years, we have published 12 textbooks and more than 100 papers, completed 1来自8 scientific research items among which one project is sponsored by 末强管大八统独件灯庆National Natural Science Funds and two are sponsored by Provincial Natural Science Funds. Stil足l a national patent was gained.

　　学院坚持教学与科研并重，科研成果突出。成立几年来，先后已出版教材、著作、著作12部，发表学术论文100余篇，承试除益二里读市似处护右担或完成科研项目18项，其中国家自然科学基金项目1项，省自然科学基金项目2半种到其混项，省部级项目2360百科项。获国家专利1 项。

　　学院以市场需求为导向，以能力培养为中心，立酸曲足于深圳特区，按照高职教育的要求，努力培养德、智、体、美全面发展，具有较强现代意识和创新精神，适应社会发展需要，具备较扎实专业理论知识且有很强的反劳物达发责品划动手能力的实用型高级技术和管理人才。目前全日制在校生超过1000人。

The school is still among the members of Shenzhen Construction Association, Cost Engineer Association, Environmental Protection Association and other industrial associations还谁王导效异基. By all these means of cooperation, we not only provide students with pra展半料亮式杂赵ctice worksites and up to date managerial methods to promote their working skills, but also expanded our potential job recourses by sending excellent students to these companies. Till now nearly 1800 students have graduated from SCEE and most of them are working in the industry.

　　学院为学生提供了良好的实训条件。不仅在校内设有建筑施工、建筑设计、工程造价等8个实训室，还同时与深圳市25家大型或知名企业建立了长期稳定的合作关系，以及作为会员单位与深圳市建筑协会、造价工程师协会、环境产业保护协会等多家行业协会保持着密切的联系。这种全方位的合作办学，不仅为教学提供了实训场所，使学生及时地掌握了最新的实际操作技术、手段和管理方法，而且也为企业输送合格的毕业生，为学生拓宽了就业渠道。学院已为社会输送急需的各类专业人才近1800人。

　　We have also established links with UNIVERSITY OF WOLVERHAMPTON in England and other foreign universities, students can do their overseas degrees after their graduation. Till now more than 30 students from our school are studying in England and other countries.

　　我系还与英国胡佛汉顿大学等国外院校合作，为学生进一步发展创造良好的条件。该院已有近30名毕业生到胡佛汉顿大学等院校留学，进一步深造。
