牛淑云，女，教授，博士生导师，二级特聘教授。多年来除了承担本科生、硕士生及博士生的教学和指束供导之外，在科研方面一直金属配合物来自及簇合物的研究。叫余在含过渡及稀土元素的功能簇合目径早物及配合物的合成、结构及磁性、发光性能、光电性能等方面研究工作取360百科得了很好的成果，并开展了相关纳米发光材料的研究。先后承担国家级重大项目 3 个和国家自然科学基金面上项目7 个，研究成果已在国内外重要刊物上发表论文百余篇。于 1988 年获国家教委科技进步一等奖，于 1991 年杨害万命兰获国家自然科学三等奖。 1998 年获辽副集带明班宁省教委科技进步二等奖。
