博士生导师。澳大利亚悉尼大学博士，悉尼大学农业化学系博士后，2002年回国。凯散差展度强2005年教育部新世质缺果诉感例送胜担研纪优秀人才，国家杰出青年基袁金获得者。在澳大利亚悉尼大学参与了多项由澳大利亚政府及工业界资助的重大科360百科研项目包括农药的生物降解以及根瘤菌在极端环名境下的生存机制的研究。回国以后参与组建了天津市功能基因组与生物芯片研究中心。发表国际微生物期石造额刊论文31篇,全部被SCI收录，总影响因子88, 获得国内发明专利54项，低服啊其申请国际发明专利3项。主要研究工作:1)利用比较基因组学方法进行微生物进化的研究;2)细还觉载却重菌表面多糖抗原基因的功能和分子进化的研究;3)重要病源微生物的特异分子标识的筛选;4)利用基因组学和功能基因组学方法进行重要工业微生物系统生物学的研究。
