来自　　1987年4月，罗茜出生在英国德文郡普利茅斯，父亲查尔斯是一名特许检验员360百科，母亲菲奥娜是一位健身教练，赶鱼可诗发倍妈胜调她是家里最大的孩子。罗茜拥有英国贵族血统，曾祖父赫伯特·汉丁顿·惠特利曾被英国女王封为男爵。
