博士,湖南大学助理教授,湖南大学硕士生导师。国家注册环境影响评价工程师,国家注册环保工程师,中国环境科学学会高级会员,美国地球物理联合会(AGU)会员。主要从事污染环境的化学与生物修复技术及堆肥生物技术研究。在国内外学术期刊、国际会议上发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录20余篇,EI收录20余篇,ISTP收录5篇。Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology、Chemosphere、Process Biochemistry、环境科学等杂誌审稿人。参与编写《环境工程设计与运行案例》、《堆肥环境生物与控制》、《废塑胶裂解製取燃料油新技术》等论着。

主要研究方向
1.地下水和土壤多孔介质中污染物的运移和转化
污染物在自然多孔介质中的运移和转化行为对于污染源所造成的环境风险评估以及污染场地处理与修复实践有重要意义。这些污染物主要包括有机污染物、胶体和纳米颗粒、重金属、氮硫无机盐类以及微生物,其中基本过程包括扩散、溶解、吸附(解吸)、化学转化以及生物降解,它们决定污染物的传输和归趋,是我们研究的兴趣所在。目前主要研究方向包括:(1) 土壤和沉积物中污染物吸附解吸的机理和速率受限的原因,以及该过程影响因素。(2) 多孔介质中有机污染物的分布和聚集行为及其生物可利用性的影响因素和提高方法。(3) 微生物菌体在多孔介质中的传输和分布行为及其影响因素。
2. 表面活性剂在有机污染地下水修复及废水生物处理中的作用机制及其套用
表面活性剂分子中既含有极性(亲水)基团又含有非极性(疏水)基团,由于结构的特殊性,它能够实现疏水性有机污染物在水中的增溶、改变多孔介质中有机污染物的分布状态、络合重金属以及与微生物菌体发生作用,影响污染物的分配、传质和降解行为。近年来诸如生物表面活性剂等高效低污染并且环境友好的新型表面活性剂的出现,更加提升了它在地下水修复和废水处理中的套用潜力。主要研究方向包括:(1) 溶液中低浓度表面活性剂的自聚集行为及与疏水性有机污染物的共聚集行为(增溶作用);(2) 表面活性剂对多孔介质中有机污染物分布、传输及生物可利用性的影响;(3) 表面活性剂作用下有机污染物降解菌的迁移行为;(4) 表面活性剂影响酚类物质微生物毒性的作用机制;(5) 表面活性剂在有机污染废水处理中的套用;(6) 表面活性剂淋滤去除土壤或沉积物中的重金属。
3. 城市污泥的深度脱水和好氧堆肥。
随着我国污水处理行业的快速发展,城市污泥已成为一个亟待解决的问题,而资源化处理与处置是发展方向。进行城市污泥的深度脱水和减量化,是实现后续资源化利用的重要步骤;好氧堆肥是城市污泥资源化利用的方式之一。主要研究方向包括:(1) 城市污泥高比阻的形成机理和影响因素;(2) 化学酸化-消解法降低污泥比阻;(3) 污泥堆肥多孔介质中的气液传递性质及其改良;(4) 针对城市污泥堆肥的多功能可回收调理剂的开发。
